Complete the PC scan and knowledge assessment through Arise to confirm your system meets requirements.

Browse available client opportunities on Arise and enroll in your certification course.

Fees and Costs

Be Informed Before You Start

Arise charges these fees directly. Lumevo does not collect any fees from you. These are paid to Arise.

Background Check Fee
Required before you can enroll in any certification course. Paid directly to Arise's third-party background check provider. This fee is non-refundable.

Class Confirmation Deposit
Required when you enroll in a certification course. You have 48 hours to pay after enrolling or you will be dropped. Fully refunded if you attend the entire first day of class. Not refunded if you drop before class or miss the first day.

Certification Training
Certification courses are paid from Day 1. Training pay and production pay are not the same. Training pay is what you earn while in the certification course. Production pay is what you earn once you are fully certified and actively servicing clients, and is typically higher. Courses run 10 days to 4 weeks. Most are instructor-led Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. Arise pays service revenue directly to Lumevo as the Service Partner.
Important: You have 48 hours to pay the class deposit after enrolling or you will be dropped from the course. Arise reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice. Class spots are limited. Once a course fills up, enrollment closes.

What You Need

These are the minimum requirements to use the Arise platform. Some client programs may require more. Always review the Program Announcement for your chosen client before enrolling. You must service on the same computer used for the PC scan at enrollment.

Not supported: Mac, Chromebook, tablets, mobile devices, ARM processors, netbooks. No exceptions.

WiFi is not permitted. No exceptions.
